We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party, except our delivery company.

Ordering

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices exclude any tax and duty.  We accept payment by PayPal, PayDollar, Visa and MasterCard.

PayDollar:
Our online payment service provider is PayDollar, a leading, secure and reliable international payment service provider to banks and online merchants since 2000. Customers’ payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorisation using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. PayDollar supports CVV/CVC check as well as 3-D secure authentication of Visa and MasterCard namely: Verified By VISA and MasterCard SecureCode for added security protection for both customers and merchant.

Age restriction

We won’t sell wine to anyone who isn’t 18 years old or over. Sorry, but that’s the law. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Stock

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Occasionally we may suggest an alternative item or offer a refund, it’s your choice.  You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Limitation of liability 

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
a. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
b. loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.
Subject to Returns & Replacements we will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the wine. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.
Under no circumstance whatsoever shall BuonVino (HK) Co Ltd or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees (together, the “Company”) be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the Company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without notification. If there is an issue or problem with your order we will normally contact you to try to resolve it.
While we aim to be accurate, any availability information or delivery estimates on the website or the order confirmation in relation to products or services are approximate. As we process your order, we will inform you if any products or services turns out to be unavailable.

Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings: 

Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
